Summer Tours for Prospective Candidates
9:00am - 12:00pm, select weekdays in July & August
Our summer tours are geared toward new applicants for the Class of 2031, and prospective candidates interested in applying in the future (including current freshmen and sophomores). This visit includes an informational briefing and a guided walking tour with an Admissions Officer.
Additional details on security access, parking, and schedule will all be included in the visit confirmation email you receive after successfully registering for an available tour date below.

Summer 2026: Summer tours will be offered from mid July to early August -- please see available dates in the calendar below. Tours are not available in June due to Summer Leaders Experience programming!
Fall 2026: Fall tours resume in late August/early September. Registration availability will be based on USMA's academic and training schedule. Registration will be available here in July.
Tours are offered select weekdays in alignment with the academic calendar. We are unable to offer tours on weekends, federal holidays, or during academic breaks/major events.
Registration Instructions:
- Complete & submit the tour registration form. You will then receive a comprehensive confirmation email with pre-arrival instructions, a detailed visit schedule, and more! Tours are not confirmed unless a confirmation email is received.
- **Please do not register for multiple tour dates; capacity is very limited and candidates are limited to one active registration only. For cancellation information, please see review the visit confirmation email or contact our office.

**Our tours have limited capacity and do fill up quickly!
All available dates are in green, all other weekday dates are either filled or unavailable due to other Academy events or academic breaks.
- If your preferred date is grayed out, registration is already at max capacity. Some dates may offer a waitlist dependent on demand; the registration form for a full event will indicate if a waitlist is available. We do recommend checking back regularly as availability may fluctuate with cancellations!
- Candidates are limited to one active visit registration; please do not register for multiple tour dates.
- West Point Admissions is unable to offer tours on weekends, federal holidays, or most academic breaks. Tours may be unavailable on a weekday to due other Academy or Admissions programming. Our calendar shows all available tour dates.
- When guided tours of the cadet/academic area are unavailable, families are still welcome to plan a visit to West Point, as USMA's historic grounds, Visitor's Center and Museum typically remain open & accessible throughout the year. All visitors must comply with applicable security & access instructions.
