Admissions Tours

    Open to all current & future candidates

    8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m., available weekdays only throughout the academic year

    Our Admissions tours are intended for students planning to apply or currently applying to West Point. This visit includes an informational briefing about the application process and a guided walking tour of the central cadet area with an Admissions Officer.  

    Additional details on security access, parking, and schedule will all be included in the visit confirmation email you receive after successfully registering for an available tour date below. 

    Prospective candidates are encouraged to review the eligibility requirements on our webpage prior to registering for a tour.

    Fall 2026: - Registration is now open! 

    - Fall tours will begin again on Monday, August 24 and run through early December, in alignment with the academic calendar. We are unable to offer Admissions tours on weekends, federal holidays, or during academic breaks or other major events.

    - Please note: the Admissions Office will be closed from Sept. 7-15 due to an office move. We look forward to serving visitors from our new location in Lincoln Hall later in September!

         Registration Instructions:

    - Please select an available (green) date from the calendar, and then click on the tour date/title that appears below the calendar to access the registration form. See below for waitlist information.

    - Complete & submit the tour registration form. You will then receive a comprehensive confirmation email with pre-arrival instructions, a detailed visit schedule, and more! Tours are not confirmed unless a confirmation email is received. 

    - Please complete a separate registration for each candidate. If multiple candidates/prospective candidates are traveling together (relatives or friends), please complete a separate tour registration form for each candidate, and use a separate email address.

    - **Please do not register for multiple tour dates; capacity is very limited and candidates are limited to one active registration only. 
     

         Tour Availability:

    **Our tours have limited capacity and do fill up quickly! 

    -     If your preferred date is grayed out, registration is already at max capacity. We do recommend checking back regularly as availability may fluctuate with cancellations!

    - Candidates are limited to one active visit registration; please do not register for multiple tour dates.

    - West Point Admissions is unable to offer tours on weekends, federal holidays, or most academic breaks. Tours may be unavailable on a weekday to due other Academy or Admissions programming. Our calendar shows all available tour dates.

    - When guided tours of the cadet/academic area are unavailable, families are still welcome to plan a visit to West Point, as USMA's historic grounds, Visitor's Center and Museum typically remain open & accessible throughout the year. All visitors must comply with applicable security & access instructions to enter West Point. For guided tours on weekends and alternate dates, please see the options for guided bus tours available through West Point Tours (a 3rd party company).
