Summer Tours for Prospective Candidates
9:00am - 12:30pm, select weekdays in July & August
Admissions Tours are intended for new applicants for the Class of 2031, and prospective candidates interested in applying in the future (including current freshmen and sophomores). This visit includes an informational briefing and a guided walking tour with an Admissions Officer.
Additional details on security access, parking, and schedule will all be included in the visit confirmation email you receive after successfully registering for an available tour date below.
Prospective candidates are encouraged to review the eligibility requirements on our webpage prior to registering for a tour.

Summer 2026: Summer tours will be offered from mid July to early August -- please see available dates in the calendar below. Tours are not available in June due to Summer Leaders Experience programming!
Fall 2026: Fall tours resume in late August/early September. Registration availability will be based on USMA's academic and training schedule. Registration will be available on this page in late July.
Tours are offered select weekdays in alignment with the academic calendar. We are unable to offer tours on weekends, federal holidays, or during academic breaks/major events.
Registration Instructions:
- Complete & submit the tour registration form. You will then receive a comprehensive confirmation email with pre-arrival instructions, a detailed visit schedule, and more! Tours are not confirmed unless a confirmation email is received.
- Please complete a separate registration for each candidate. If multiple candidates/prospective candidates are traveling together (relatives or friends), please complete a separate tour registration form for each candidate, and use a separate email address.
- **Please do not register for multiple tour dates; capacity is very limited and candidates are limited to one active registration only.
Tour Availability:
**Our tours have limited capacity and do fill up quickly!
- If your preferred date is grayed out, registration is already at max capacity. We do recommend checking back regularly as availability may fluctuate with cancellations!
- Waitlist: Some dates may offer a waitlist dependent on demand. To register for a waitlist for a specific date, select the date from the calendar and then click on the tour date/title that appears below the calendar. Acknowledge the waitlist registration info box, and then complete the registration form. You will receive a separate email if space becomes available.
- Candidates are limited to one active visit registration; please do not register for multiple tour dates.
- West Point Admissions is unable to offer tours on weekends, federal holidays, or most academic breaks. Tours may be unavailable on a weekday to due other Academy or Admissions programming. Our calendar shows all available tour dates.
- When guided tours of the cadet/academic area are unavailable, families are still welcome to plan a visit to West Point, as USMA's historic grounds, Visitor's Center and Museum typically remain open & accessible throughout the year. All visitors must comply with applicable security & access instructions.
