Admissions Tours

    Open to all current & future candidates

    8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m., available weekdays only throughout the academic year

    Our Admissions tours are intended for high school age students interested in applying to West Point. This visit includes an informational briefing about the application process and a guided walking tour of the central cadet area with an Admissions Officer.  

    Additional details on the full visit schedule, security access, and arrival/parking directions will all be included in the comprehensive confirmation email you receive after successfully registering for an available tour date below.


    Spring 2026     :     Registration now open - tours resume on January 8, 2026!

     Fall 2025     : Fall semester tours will end on December 11th, 2025

    Tours are offered select weekdays in alignment with the academic calendar. We are unable to offer tours on weekends, federal holidays, or during academic breaks/major events.

         Registration Instructions:

    - Please select an available (green) date from the calendar, and then click on the tour date/title that appears below the calendar to access the registration form. 

    - Complete & submit the tour registration form. You will then receive a comprehensive confirmation email with pre-arrival instructions, a detailed visit schedule, and more! Tours are not confirmed unless a confirmation email is received. 

    - **Please do not register for multiple tour dates; capacity is very limited and candidates are limited to one active registration only. For cancellation information, please see review the visit confirmation email or contact our office.
     

         Tour Availability:

    **Our admissions tours have limited capacity and do fill up quickly! 
    All available dates are in green, all other weekday dates are either filled or unavailable due to other Academy events or academic breaks.

    -     If your preferred date is grayed out, registration is already at max capacity. We are unable to offer a waitlist or exceed capacity, but we do recommend checking back regularly as availability may fluctuate with cancellations!

    - Candidates are limited to one active visit registration; please do not register for multiple tour dates.

    - West Point Admissions is unable to offer tours on weekends, federal holidays, or most academic breaks. Tours may be unavailable on a weekday to due other Academy or Admissions programming. Our calendar shows all available tour dates.

    - When guided tours of the cadet/academic area are unavailable, families are still welcome to plan a visit, as USMA's historic grounds, Visitor's Center and Museum typically remain open & accessible throughout the year. The West Point Visitor Center is generally open daily from 9am-4:30pm; all visitors must comply with applicable security & access instructions.  For guided tours on weekends and alternate dates, please see the options for guided bus tours.
